I have a Samsung model RF25HMEDBSR refrigerator. The door screen shows 'OO FF', the fridge has shut down, and I cannot get it to come back on. Additionally, I have had issues with the ice maker, including noise and it eventually quitting altogether. The fridge is about 3 years old. How can I resolve these issues?

We are renting and have a Tappan oven where the stove top works but the oven does not. The screen isn't on, and we can't push any buttons. The stove top burners work, but the oven light that indicates a burner is on does not. We have a voltage tester now. What could be the issue, and how can we troubleshoot it?
