I have a water leak coming from a drip line within the walls of my Kitchen Aid refrigerator, model KBLC36FMS01, which is 12 years old. The Sears repairman says it's unrepairable due to a cracked or broken defrost drain tube, but Sears Home Warranty claims it's not covered because they consider the drain line a structural component. I believe the drain tube is part of the defrost system and not a structural component. What can be done to repair the drain tube, and how can I argue that it's not a structural component for warranty coverage?

Hello, I have a Maytag 24" wall oven, model CWE5800ACE, that is about 10 years old. The oven no longer heats or broils, but the clock, fan, and light work. A technician diagnosed the issue as a bad control board, but it's no longer available. What should I do to fix the oven, and is there any other part that could be causing the heating issue?

I recently purchased a new Frigidaire dishwasher (Model # FFID2426TD) from Home Depot and am in the process of hooking it up. I noticed a solid plug at the bottom of the dishwasher connection where the supply line from hot water connects. Everything is hooked up, but I'm unsure how water could feed into the dishwasher with this plug in place. What should I do?
