My Bob, a pet hair robot, won’t go on my rug. Is there a setting that allows it to go on the rug? The rug has a black border and is a busy pattern with a lot of black. The robot is brand new, purchased through Wayfair - bobsweep. It has been an issue since we started using it last week. It will clean on a solid rug. What should I do?

I have a 2005 Whirlpool refrigerator with a top freezer. Water is dripping into the refrigerator and pooling on the left side of the freezer compartment. I suspect the drain hole in the freezer is clogged or iced over. There is no freezer tray on the bottom of the freezer. How do I remove the back panel to access the drain hole to unclog it?
