My Kenmore dishwasher has started making a clicking sound when it starts running water or changing cycles. Is something going wrong with it? So far, it hasn’t caused a problem. The model is 66515693K210, serial number F31211778, and it was recently serviced in February under a Sears service contract.

My 15-year-old Kenmore HE 2t washer door will not open and remains in the locked position. There is a full load of wash in the machine. I have unplugged the washer and waited over an hour, then plugged it in again multiple times. Sometimes it will go through the cycle and stop with one minute remaining. I have checked the drain filter and cleaned it. I have drained the water each time it has been in the drum. I have removed the top and looked for any emergency release latch but cannot find one. What should I do?
