I have a GE washer model # GTW460ASJ2WW. The agitator is more loose than normal, and I want to tighten the bolt in the center of the agitator. However, there is a plastic cap that seems to be glued in place, preventing me from accessing the bolt. How can I remove this agitator or access the bolt?
