I installed a used Jenn-Air JED3430GB electric cooktop, and I can't get the vent fan to turn on. I've checked that there is power going to the fan. What else can I troubleshoot, and do I need to replace the whole unit? Can I check if the switch on the range is working, and which color wire should be hot when the switch is on?

My Whirlpool microwave, model WMH31017AS-0, manufactured in February 2012, worked earlier this morning but now has no lights and no power, even after resetting the circuit breaker and plugging it into another circuit. What could be the issue and how can I resolve it?

My KitchenAid KDfe104hwh dishwasher, about a year old, did not drain properly and caused water to leak onto the floor and into the basement. We cleaned the top filter but suspect the drain issue. What could be the problem and how can I fix it?

Last week, I called regarding an ongoing interior lights problem with our Kitchenaid refrigerator. After a conversation, I was told Kitchenaid would cover the cost of a replacement module and we would not have a service call charge. Kitchenaid was also supposed to contact our appliance dealer, Ennis Appliance in Columbia MO, but that contact did not happen. We just received a call from Ennis saying they have our module but need to hear from Kitchenaid. Their number is (###) ###-####. Please advise.

Left washer on pause overnight. Now the washer isn’t working. It’s making an agitation sound but it’s not moving. None of the cycle lights are coming on. What could be the issue and how can I fix it?
