I just purchased and installed a new GE double gas oven. The burner flames were perfect initially, but 2-3 minutes after the bottom oven burner ignited, flames also ignited out of the range regulator. What could cause a brand new regulator to leak and catch fire, and what should I do about it?

My Kenmore dryer model *********** is giving an AF code. I have changed the thermistor and main board, had someone clean the vent, ensured it blows air out of the exhaust, and made sure no lint is blocking the exhaust inside the dryer. There is a lot of hot air blowing out the back, but I'm still getting the AF code. What should I do next?

My Roper washing machine has started humming during the rinse and spin cycles, and it doesn't consistently work. I bypassed the lid switch, checked the pump for clogs, and inspected the motor coupling, but the issue persists. What else can I check or do to resolve this problem?

I have a very old Thermador electric oven, model CM302US from 2002, which is second-hand and has issues with the board causing the screen to blink and stop working. Thermador no longer provides technical support for this model. What can be done to address this issue?
