I have replaced the board on my Maytag MEW6627DDS, but it is still only displaying the clock. The oven lock works, and all buttons respond with a beep, but the control does not start any commands, and I cannot change the clock time. I have tried shutting off the circuit breaker and restarting. What could be the issue, and is there a way to troubleshoot this without a voltage tester?

My LG dishwasher model # XXXXX DS4821BB is not draining and is giving an OE code. Water is standing in the tub. Would it damage anything by running compressed air up the drain line to dislodge anything, or is that the wrong approach? I also saw something online about a temp sensor working loose and blocking a microswitch. Is this possible or not likely?
