I'm troubleshooting a Samsung dishwasher (model DW80K7050, about 3 years old) that has been making noises for a few weeks, then displayed a 3C error (pump/drain error), and now won't run a cycle. I've removed and inspected the drain pump, which appears fine, and vacuumed the hoses. The dishwasher now starts a cycle quietly, fills with water, but hangs at 2-3 minutes and doesn't progress, not displaying an error code. The heater/fan seems to be on, but the water isn't spinning the rotors. When I end the cycle manually, it drains all the water. What could be the issue, and what should I check next?
