I need to replace my Maytag washer PAV2200AW that doesn't always spin, even after resetting. I do several loads of laundry daily, including towels, linens, and waterproof-backed bed pads. My home warranty has offered me either $430.60 cash or a GE GTW460ASJW, but I prefer a top loader agitator washer that is reliable and can handle heavy use. What would you recommend?

Our refrigerator is not cooling adequately. The freezer cools to 20 degrees and the refrigerator cools to 54 degrees. A repairman said the compressor is bad and couldn't get it to kick on. After unplugging and replugging the unit, the freezer cooled to 43 degrees and the fridge to 60 degrees. What could be the issue and what steps should be taken to diagnose and potentially fix it?

My Samsung DW80F800UWS dishwasher started with an LE code, which I resolved by replacing the seal and a cracked drain hose. Now, it's showing a 0E code and fills with water then stops. Online sources suggest a case brake or inlet valve problem. What do you think?

I have an HDIM35 ice maker that makes ice fine and harvests fine, but water builds up rapidly in the ice melt storage area (about a gallon in 24 hours). The ice appears to have some water on it as soon as it is harvested. The unit is several years old and has not been run for about 2 years due to water buildup. What could be causing this issue?
