I replaced the drum belt on my Fisher Paykel DE05-us2 dryer, oiled the tensioner pulley, and reset it. However, when I turn on the dryer, it makes an 'erk' noise and won't run. The dryer is about 10 years old and made by Fisher Paykel. Before replacing the belt, it also made an 'erk' noise and smelled hot. What could be causing this issue and how can I fix it?

I have a Whirlpool Cabrio washing machine (model WTW5800BW0). It doesn't fill with enough water during the wash cycle, even when using the 'bulky items' mode or 'deep water wash'. What could be the issue and how can I fix it?

My front-loading washing machine, 18 months old, continues to drain or run after the entire cycle is complete. It just started doing this, and I'm wondering if the drain hose height at the back of the machine could be the issue. There is also a noise indicating the machine is still trying to do something after the cycle is complete. What could be causing this and what steps should I take to resolve it?

I purchased an LG 30" French Door refrigerator on 12/28/2017 and it no longer cools. It sounds like the compressor is shot. I touched the discharge line on the compressor to see if it was warm or hot and it's not. I also researched possible causes and found a video that plays the sound of a properly operating compressor vs one that is not working properly. The noise doesn't change when adjusting the temperature setting. I noticed it wasn't cooling two days ago. I've reset the power, changed the temperature settings, checked the discharge line temp, and compared the sound of a good vs bad compressor. Is the compressor likely the issue, and what should I do next?
