We have a GE side-by-side refrigerator, model GSL25JFRF BS, purchased in July 2005. About 18 months ago, the water dispenser stopped working, but it seems to work during the summer. We tried adjusting the lower crisper and using a foam board, which worked once but not consistently. We replace the filter every 6 months and get plenty of ice cubes but no water. Is there a dispenser heater we could install, and what could be causing this issue?

My GE dryer DBSR463EG0WW will start when I press the start switch, but it stops when I release the switch. I replaced the start switch, tested the door switch, and replaced the centrifugal switch on the motor, but the issue persists. What could be causing this problem and what should I check next?
