In 1999, I purchased a Dacor Dual-Fuel Range (Model RSD308, Serial No. FD8420405) from Enbridge in Markham, Ontario. Recently, the electric oven stopped working, while the gas burners continue to function. The clock cannot be set, the panel lights blink erratically showing various single-digit numbers, but the oven does not respond to controls. The range has been working well until now, with a history of a cracked front panel cover that was replaced by Dacor in 2002. A minor crack has developed again, but the stove continued to work correctly until now. What is the issue, and is the control panel in need of replacement?

We have a Maytag Model #MAH6500 washer that displayed a Code NF during a power surge. After unplugging and manually clearing the code, the washer did not spin the clothes. When attempting to start the washer again, the door latch interlock closes but immediately re-opens. Do we need to reset the machine after the surge so the machine can start again and hold the door lock?

I have a Whirlpool Duet dryer (GEW9200LW1) that won't start. All indicator lights are working, but when the start button is pushed, only a beep and click are heard. The dryer is in diagnostic mode, and all lights come on with no error indicated. The door switch, thermal fuse, belt switch, and motor continuity test good. The motor's start and run windings have a continuity of 2.1 ohms, slightly out of the 2.4-3.6 range. What could be the issue?

I have a Fisher&Paykel smart loaf electric dryer, DEGX1US, which just began having a loud high-pitched 'whine' when it is operating and the drum is turning. Is there a way to lubricate the bearings on the drum, or is it a different problem than the drum bearings?
