Maytag dishwasher model MDB7749SBM2 front panel buttons not working properly. Started with some cycles not working, recycled power at the circuit breaker which corrected the problem occasionally. Degraded over a period of several months such that only some cycles would work, then down to one, then none at all. Front panel lights light, but no cycle will run. Pushing buttons sometimes will cause the wrong lights to light. What is the issue and how can it be fixed?

We purchased a Samsung Refrigerator, Model #: RF28HFEDBWW / AA, Serial #: 066243AF800069Z, at the end of 2014. The ice machine has frozen multiple times, despite modifications made by Samsung technicians. We are unable to remove all the ice due to tight spaces.
