I have a Sub-Zero refrigerator model 3BL-30 O/U. The freezer basket on the bottom of the unit keeps falling. The basket sits on 4 brackets, one on each corner of the basket. I need 4 new brackets that hold the basket. Can you help me find the correct parts?

My LG refrigerator, bottom freezer, is not getting cold enough. The freezer door was left open, and I turned off the fuse and defrosted it. I was told years ago that if the door was left open, I needed to reset the refrigerator by switching off the fuse and letting it sit for a minute or two, then switching it back on. I've tried both unplugging and flipping the fuse, but am not sure if it was off for five minutes. What should I do to properly reset the refrigerator?
