My Amana Gas Range AC3350AS oven and broiler won't light. The igniter doesn't glow red, even after replacement. The control panel seems to be working fine, and there is no smell of gas when trying to light the oven. The burners work. What could be the issue before I consider buying a new stove?

I have a Danby DDW1802 dishwasher that won't start the cycle. The installer tested it and found it OK, and I can start a test cycle using a specific key combination. The test cycle runs through all functions, including filling, motor running, and draining, with no leaks and clean dishes. However, the dishwasher still won't start a regular cycle. What could be the issue, and is there a way to reset it?
