We have two refrigerator freezers at NECA small business in Morristown that are having issues with making ice. One isn't working at all, and the other was producing brown ice cubes but now seems to be making clear ice. The model numbers are IM4D, IM4LED, and GE Model GTE18ISHPRSS. Good morning, my washer door is stuck with the door lock light flashing red. Clothes are inside the unit. I did forget that the water was shut off for a minor repair outside, so I started the cycle. It happened on Sunday, and I have unplugged the washer overnight twice, but the problem continued after plugging it back in. This is the second time it got stuck closed. Not sure what happened the first time (about 2 months prior), but unplugging it for about 1 minute worked the first time. What can I do to resolve this issue?
