I replaced the dispenser motor twice, but now none of the dispenser motors move when the washer is turned on, and I still get the F-13 message. I ran the diagnostic and everything works except the dispenser motor. I measured voltage at the connector and the CCU, and there is a signal, but the motor doesn't move. I have a GE Dryer Model DSXH47GG0WW. It keeps beeping, similar to the beep when pressing buttons, especially when using the sensor drying feature.
