My dishwasher, model SHX33A05UC/14, is not filling with water and continues to run even when the door is open. The issue started after a power outage 5 days ago. I have tried resetting it but it doesn't work. There is also a small overflow underneath. What could be the problem and how can I fix it?

We are replacing the UI board on a GE GDF610PMJ5ES dishwasher, which is about 3 years old. The dishwasher was beeping three times and had no lights on the control board. We replaced the UI board, but still no lights. The bottom control board has a solid green light, and the new UI board has 4 personality plugs that the old one didn't have. We have set the plugs according to the paper (8,4,2,1). What could be the issue, and why doesn't the old board have these plugs?

I am trying to replace the main circuit control board on an LG washer model #WT7300CW and am having trouble removing the old one. Specifically, I can't release the snaps holding the bottom display panel in place.
