I have a Maytag commercial washer, natural gas, with an error code 'heat relay latched 1' on starting a cycle. I have the parts and service manuals but can't locate the heat relay. I suspect it might be related to the solenoid on the gas valve. The machine won't start a cycle and immediately shows the error. What could be causing this issue and how can I troubleshoot it?

My Maytag MHW5500FW1 washing machine, which is new (purchased 8/22), plays electronic songs and stops instead of washing laundry. This issue has been ongoing for at least 4 months. My refrigerator is not dispensing water and ice, only dispenses water when I unscrew the water line and spit some water out and rescrew it back in, but only for a few hours and then stops again. I hear humming or buzzing when trying to get water or ice. This has been going on for the last 2 weeks. I've tried a factory reset on the ice machine and used a heat gun on the water line at the bottom of the fridge. What could be the issue and what should I do?
