My Frigidaire's water dispenser paddle has broken at the top where it opens the valve. How difficult is it for a mechanically inclined person to replace this part? Do I need to replace the entire valve? Frigidaire Model #FRS26R4AW6.

My Kenmore 70 series washer model 110.20702.991 won't fully drain. The tub spins well without any noise, and water comes out of the hose, but not all the way. What could be the issue?

My Subzero 690 refrigerator won't cool. The freezer is at -10F and the refrigerator is at 50F. I've cleaned the radiator unit, but the refrigerator temperature hasn't improved. The fridge light switch seems bad, the LCD control panel is dark, and the icemaker has been non-functional for years. How can I troubleshoot and fix this issue?

I just bought a used Maytag Neptune (model number MAH7500AWW) and it will not spin properly. It starts to spin slowly, reverses direction a couple of times, and then stops with a message indicating it can't spin due to continuous out of balance. The washer is level, and there is no excessive vibration or movement. The door locks correctly during the spin cycle, and the washer drains water properly. What could be causing this issue, and what steps can I take to resolve it?

I have a Caloric Heritage Series gas oven Model # XXXXX. I occasionally smell propane when the stove is not in use, but the smell is not constant. If I shut off the propane before the stove, the smell stops. Could the Lemco A15C regulator be faulty, or are there other potential issues?
