My GE appliance (model GHWN4250D1WW, purchased on 8/28/2013) no longer spins. It has been acting up for several months, and we've tried restarting the cycle and draining it. I have a Whirlpool refrigerator with a bottom freezer. There is a constant pulsing sound coming from the freezer, similar to a heartbeat. The sound started last night and is continuous. I have checked the refrigerator and freezer temperatures, which are 45°F and 25°F respectively, and pulled the fridge away from the wall to inspect for any obvious issues. The compressor and fan are running, but the freezer temperature is too warm. What could be causing this issue and how can I resolve it?

My front-loading washer (GE Model GTW335ASN0WW) is not extracting water properly during the spin cycle. This has been going on for about three weeks. I have tried balancing and restarting the washer as per the troubleshooting directions, but the spin cycle starts normally and then slows down shortly after. The clothes are still too wet, and after the Drain & Spin cycle, the water turns back on and the Fill cycle starts over again. What could be the issue and what steps can I take to resolve it?
