The control panel of our gas oven, which is about 13 years old, is not working. We have had to replace the control panel twice before. The ovens have not been usable since before Thanksgiving, and the control panel will not set the clock or respond in any way. What should we do to resolve this issue?

We have a GE Profile Advantium Microwave oven # SCB1001KSS that is discontinued and doesn't heat up on microwave mode. We are looking for a replacement, but all we see online is a 30" model, while Wayfair offers a 27" one. Is the 27" model what we need, or do you have a suggestion? Additionally, do you know of a local supplier in Birmingham, AL, or a local GE service man that can repair it quicker and cheaper?

I have a new GE side-by-side refrigerator with digital controls for the freezer and refrigerator. The freezer control number keeps rising on its own, causing water to leak out the bottom. This has been happening for about four months. How can I address this issue?

I have a Cabrio washer that stopped suddenly with a load of very wet clothes. The lid lock light keeps flashing but the lid won’t lock. It has not happened before, and I have tried turning the washer off, setting it in a different wash cycle, and unloading the wet clothes, but nothing helped. What could be the issue and what should I do?
