My GE range model#PGS950SEF4SS trips the circuit breaker every time I try to use the boil and bake functions simultaneously. The breaker is on a 20 amp circuit, and I have checked for broken wires or grounded components with no issues found. What could be causing this and what additional tests should I perform?

The water is not pumping out of the washer, and the code F02 comes up on the screen. The washer is front-loading and has been experiencing this issue since Thursday the 10th. It won't continue the cycle or drain, and when restarted at the drain and spin cycle, it just adds more water and gushes out the door when opened. We also put a chemical drain opener down the floor drain to ensure it's draining well, but it still makes a noise when it's supposed to be draining without actually draining. Is there a specific issue causing this, and what steps can be taken to resolve it?

I have a Whirlpool gas cooktop, model #GLT3014GT3, serial #XL5201778. I recently bought a gas detector and tested it by turning on the burner and blowing out the flame. I expected a flow of natural gas but only detected a slight smell and a small amount of gas. Does the gas shut off on its own if the flame is not present?
