My GE top loader washer (model GTW355ASNOWW) flooded the basement last night. The pump is working, all lines are patent, the belt is good, and there are no obvious problems with the board. The washer starts to fill then stops, and water drains out of the washer but remains in the tub. What could be the issue and what should I do?
