We cannot get the lint filter seated in our Maytag Maxima Steam dryer, model MED7100DC0, purchased in June 2015. The filter sits about a half inch high, and we have checked for obstructions but found none. What could be causing this issue and how can it be resolved?

My Whirlpool washer is stuck on the pre-soak cycle. It's a top-loading, brand new model. I've tried restarting the cycle, unplugging, lifting the lid and closing it in 12-second intervals, and trying different cycles. I'm only getting cold water, but both lines are connected. What should I do?

We have a Maytag model MSD2957AE. The light in the freezer section is burned out, and we cannot figure out what replacement bulb we need. Is it the same bulb as the refrigerator part of the appliance? We tried an E26 bulb but it didn't work.

Can’t get the lock button to release on my new dishwasher (model Kdtm504epa2). It has been locked for about a week, possibly due to my housesitter pressing all the buttons. I've tried the cancel button for 3 seconds, the lock button for 3 seconds, and even turned the breaker off and back on. There's also water under the dishwasher. What should I do to resolve this issue?
