My Manitowoc Neo ice machine is leaking, but it doesn't seem to be from the water line or the drain line. The leak occurs right before the ice dumps into the bin. We had a similar issue a few months ago, and a technician replaced a solenoid valve. Could this be the same issue, and would a solenoid valve fail so quickly? The water filter was last replaced 9 months ago, and it shows it's still good. The leak seems to be coming from the back or bottom of the machine toward the back. What could be causing this, and what should I check or do next?

I need to install a replacement part on my front load GE dryer GFD49ERPK0DG. The part is WE01x10396 Steam nozzle cover. There is a retainer ring and I can't figure out how to install the ring first. The blue nozzle cover looks like it just clips into the retainer ring but I can't figure out how to install the ring - I'm wondering if the ring needs to be installed from the back of the dryer with other parts which is a bigger task that I probably can't do myself.

My Monogram appliance (model ZISP420SKCSS) has been leaking from the top front for 2 months. I have opened the top and checked the water valve, but no leak was seen. The leak trickles down the front, and as a contractor, I cannot access the water line at the top. What could be causing this leak, and what steps should I take to resolve it?
