I have an older front load Maytag Neptune washer, coin operated. The clothes suddenly started to be left very wet when the cycle finished, and it never gets up to full speed. Just does a slow sing right to the end. I checked and do not see anything blocking the drain pump, and I also replaced the motor control board less than a year ago so I doubt it is either of those problems. What could be causing this issue and how can I fix it?

I am having a problem with my front-loading washer. After re-connecting the pressure switch and hose and plugging in the washer, the same sound and flashing door lock light occur. What could be causing this and what other steps can I take to resolve it?
