I need a service rep to look at my washer. Who do I contact?

I have a 10-year-old trash compactor with a chain issue that I fixed, but now I can't figure out how to reinstall a small switch. The switch is a 1/4 inch wide by 3 inch long bent operator that somehow makes the switch go from up to down. Additionally, I need to know what makes the motor reverse, specifically what pressure switch tells the machine to reverse.

I have a Delano model Del # XXXXX and am trying to switch from CPI to IPI mode for the pilot flame (my house is too hot). It is not working using the remote - when I follow instructions to change using the mode button, nothing happens. I saw in troubleshooting that there is a CPI switch. Took the front panel off and see a silver switch that is in the down position. Should it be up? (Switch is in the middle of the box just before outlets begin). Made by Kozy Fireplaces.

My Magic Mill dehydrator, model mfd1010, stopped working suddenly. It is one year old and was used for a couple of months last summer. I checked all house circuits and they are fine. I removed the back of the machine to look for a fuse but couldn't find one. What could be the issue and how can I proceed with the warranty claim?
