On a Jetwave JET514 convection oven, the oven gets up to temperature, but some food, like frozen pies, doesn't heat in the center. The capacitor and magnetron tests are good. What else can I try?

I have a Maytag Bravo top-loading washer, model MTW6500TQ0, that has started to exhibit an unbalanced situation even when empty. I have replaced the springs and rods, tightened the center bolt on the bottom of the motor, and observed the washer while it runs. What else could be causing this issue?

The oven made a popping sound and now it won’t heat above 200 degrees. The stove is 6 years old and electric. This is the first time this has ever occurred. I have checked the main breaker and it was not tripped. What should I check?
