I just got a new microwave oven today. I cannot change the power level. The model is Jes1145DPWW (also listed as JES1145DP1WEWW on the back). The instructions say to press POWER LEVEL repeatedly to select power levels from 0 to HI, but nothing happens when I do this. If I enter a cooking time and then press POWER LEVEL, it shows PL 10, but further pressing does not change the power level. What am I doing wrong?

The delivery guy installed the pedestals on my new Samsung washer and dryer. I have leveled them and set them in place, but have noticed that the dryer seems to wobble a bit on the pedestal. The washer is firmly seated on its pedestal, and does not move at all. Did the delivery guy do something wrong?

My refrigerator broke and leaked, causing a strong odor. I don't know if it was one of the lines that broke or if it was making a hissing noise. The floor felt wet, but I didn't touch it. I turned on 5 fans and put baking soda on it. Is it dangerous to breathe, and what is the chemical that had an odor of freon? How do I get whatever it is out of my house?

I have a Samsung L210 digital camera and I'm having trouble charging it. Normally, a red light would appear while charging and turn green when fully charged. Now, the light flashes from red to amber and does not charge the battery. Can you advise me?
