My Whirlpool washing machine (model WTW4800XQ4, 3 years old) has a blinking sensing light and a lid lock light that makes a clicking sound repeatedly but doesn't lock, preventing it from starting. I'm trying to install a drive belt on a Maytag Ensignia heavy duty, super size capacity model number MAV2757AWW washer, which is about 12 years old. I am trying to fix the knocking sound that occurs during the spin cycle, and I suspect it might be a loose belt. Should the motor be allowed to move or should it be tightened so as not to allow any movement?

My Duet front-loading washer won't open the front door or turn on. I've tried power cycling it, and I can't access the back of the machine. If I hold and release the lock/unlock button three times, all the lights go on, then I get codes and 6.27 minutes remaining before it shuts down again. Where is the model number located, and what tools do I need to troubleshoot and potentially fix this issue?
