My new washer, a MVWX655DW1 Top Loading hi efficiency, is not draining. I accidentally set it to washer clean with affresh, cancelled the cycle, and since then, the water won't drain. I've tried unplugging and resetting it, but nothing has worked. What should I do to troubleshoot and potentially fix this issue?

My KitchenAid dishwasher, model KDTE334GPS0, runs on the rinse cycle but not on wash cycles. It's about 5 years old and started showing this issue last night.
