I have a 7-year-old GE side-by-side refrigerator (model GSH5KGXCCSS) where the water and ice dispensers do not work when the levers are pressed. The control panel shows 'O' and then the temperature when buttons are pressed. I have tested the ice cube discharge solenoid, door microswitch, water dispensing microswitch, and water solenoids, all of which are functioning.
