One sock got lost in the washing machine, and I believe it is stuck somewhere in the gap beneath the core of the agitator paddle. How can I get to that area? I guess I need to take out the paddle assembly. Any advice? It is a 10-year-old Kenmore 80 series.

My LG washing machine (model WM2277HW) won't let water in, even after cleaning the screens. Does this happen on both hot and cold water? Do you hear a buzzing when it tries to fill at the beginning of the cycle? Is the dryer stacked on top, and if so, can the valves be accessed from the top of the machine? Is the water definitely on, and if the valves are buzzing, are they malfunctioning and should they be replaced? Is the dispenser on the back of the machine, or do I have to take the dryer off the top?

I have a Bosch dishwasher (SHE44C7UC) that stopped accepting water after changing a leaking hose. There is water pressure and flow at the connection hose site, panel lights are active, the cycle runs, but water does not enter the washer. Detergent is dumped, and the timer counts down to 1 and stays on. What could be the issue and what steps should I take to resolve it?
