My Sub-Zero freezer door won't seal, and there has been a lot of ice accumulation on the door. The model is BI-42UFDID/0, and it is about 5 years old. I've chipped off the ice and unloaded everything from the freezer, but it still doesn't seal. How can I fix this issue?
