My SubZero refrigerator/freezer (model 690/FE) is not keeping the freezer temperature low enough. The service light is flashing, and the frozen items are not frozen hard. The coils were fairly plugged, and the fan is running nonstop. What could be causing this issue, and what should I do to fix it?

My KitchenAid refrigerator model KSCS25FVMS01 is not dispensing water, but the ice machine works, and there is temporary water flow for less than a second each time the water dispenser front pad is pressed. I have a Whirlpool GC2000PE1 garbage disposal with two hose holes. The disposal is much older than the 8 years we've lived here, and it reads GC2000PE1 volts 120 hp1/2 ip# s/n FNL4916717, Hz60 amps6.9 class b insulation thermal protection, and on the bottom E17939 517L. The top opening looks to be about 5". Where can I get a replacement, and if it doesn't fit, can it be exchanged? I need to do this myself due to a fixed income and can't afford a plumber. Additionally, the dishwasher hole on the new disposal is much larger than the old one. How can I modify the hose to prevent leaks?
