My washer goes through all cycles fine, but when it's time to spin, it either goes really slow or doesn't spin at all. Sometimes, I can turn it by hand to get it going. I initially thought it might be the motor couplings, so I replaced them, but the issue persisted. When I tried it again, it seemed to spin briefly but then stopped and started smelling like something was burning. What could be the problem?

My refrigerator, model # ***** serial # ***** MRGC 35847, has a control unit issue where the dispensing water, ice, and temperature controls stop working, displaying an 'ER' error on the screen. Can I get an operation manual for my Maytag NVWB835DW4 appliance? The appliance is not functioning properly after moving it to clean behind it. The normal light blinks and there are two beeps when trying to cycle it with the hold-down button.
