I have a GE hybrid water heater that is displaying a message 'Wiring to unit incorrect (must be 240V not 120V) or a heat pump fault.' It has given an F3 code a couple of times and continues to beep. I have checked the voltage and it is 248VAC, which is fine. How can I make it stop beeping and put it into standard electric mode?

When I turned on my Miele washing machine, the lights come on normally but the water does not come down. The building's water delivery system was checked and there is nothing wrong with it. Can you help?

I have a DD603 Dish Drawer. The rotor in the upper unit is bad, and the lower portion of the rotor will not come out. How do I get the lower part of the rotor out?

I have a GE side-by-side refrigerator model #GSL22JFXALB. The water dispenser started running on its own and wouldn't shut off, and pressing the ice dispenser button caused it to run continuously. Unplugging the refrigerator temporarily stopped the issue, but it resumed after a few minutes. Holding down the 'Lock' button is the only way to stop the dispensers from running, preventing water and ice from flooding the floor. What is causing this issue and how can it be fixed?
