The switch that starts my seven cycle extra large capacity GE clothes dryer turned and turned and then broke off. The start switch has acted like it wouldn't catch, but if you turned it around several times, it would start the dryer. All other switches seem to be working properly. I pulled off all the knobs, but I do not have the proper tool to fit the fasteners that attach the cover plate to the top of the control panel. Is there a special tool that fits the fasteners? Phillips screwdriver and allen wrenches do not fit.

My Bosch SHE4am16uo/01 dishwasher, which I've had for at least 8 years, has been running water for a couple of minutes then stopping, showing the Clean light. The soap dispenser also won't open. I've cleaned the filter and tried resetting it, but the issue persists. What should I do to fix this?
