My washing machine (MOD MHWZ400TQ02) won't drain and shuts down with the door locked after trying to drain for a second. I've replaced the drain pump and checked the drain tube, but the problem persists. The control panel goes dark except for the red 'door locked' light. What could be the issue, and how can I fix it?

My Maytag top-loading washer (model Mvwb766fw1, 1.5 years old) turns on but won't run. It fills with water, drains, and then stops. I've tried unplugging it for 5 minutes, but it still doesn't work. Could it be the lid lock, and is there a way to bypass it?

I have a GE refrigerator Model GSS25GMHGCES. The temperature in my refrigerator is set at 34 and sometimes it drops below freezing, freezing my fruits, vegetables, and liquids. The manual does not tell me how to set the temperature, and the door dispenser is not sending ice through. Can you help?
