I am trying to remove the oven bottom of my GE Profile gas oven to access the burner assembly and it is jammed. The upper oven went fine, but I can't get the oven bottom panel out. The back of the oven bottom can be raised, but something at the front is preventing it from clearing the overhanging flange. What should I do to remove the oven bottom panel?

A local technician replaced the motherboard, but it didn't resolve the issue. The technician suggested buying a new fridge. We'd like a second opinion before making a big purchase.
