I have a Viking professional microwave VMOS201SS that was set for an unknown amount of time with a plastic container containing food, causing the container to melt and the food to char. The display and touchpad no longer work, but the light and turntable function when the door is opened. The microwave was manufactured in May 2014, and I am unsure of the exact model number.
