My Whirlpool oven model WFG505M0BW2 with a hot surface igniter is not lighting the oven. The issue started intermittently about a month or two ago but has now failed completely. I checked the resistance of the igniter, which is approximately 144 ohms, and the bake valve is 1 ohm. The oven igniter circuit energizes for a few seconds and then de-energizes. The new igniter resistance is 54 ohms. What could be the issue and what should I check or replace?

I have a Cafe side-by-side fridge and freezer. The ice maker is not making ice, even though the water filter was replaced 1.5 months ago.
