My Whirlpool refrigerator (model WRT541SZDW00) will not stop running automatically. If I turn it off, it will come back on much later and the food is staying cool. I manually defrosted the freezer and when I turned it back on, it came on right away, so the thermostat seems to be turning on appropriately, but I still have to shut it off manually periodically. What could be the issue and what should I check or replace?

I own a Maytag washer MAH2400AWW, which is 10 to 12 years old. The machine fills with water and rotates for 2 to 4 minutes before stopping and displaying an error code 3E. The drum also makes a noise as if it's rubbing against something. What could be causing this issue, and is it worth repairing?

My Maytag front load washer is showing error code F06, and I followed the solution instructions in the user guide without success. The washer is less than 5 years old, model #MHW7500YW0. I do not plan to do the work myself and need to call a repairman. What else should I know to help resolve this issue?

My GE refrigerator/freezer is malfunctioning, with the fridge compartment freezing and the control panel behaving erratically. The refrigerator has been running below freezing regardless of the setting. What could be the issue, and how can I fix it?

I suspect that my water inlet valve is not working on my KitchenAid refrigerator (model KFIL27CXMS). I tested the resistance and it shows 268 ohms, but the expected range is 500 to 1500 ohms. I want to confirm if 500 ohms is a proper minimum value before ordering the part. Additionally, I have 40 psi water pressure to the refrigerator, and the diagnostics water fill test indicates nothing. I plan to do the work myself and have the part out. There are two electrical plugs going to the water inlet valve: one with three leads and the other with five leads. Which leads should I tap to check with my voltmeter?
