I have a model SDC 302 oven that is locked and won't unlock. I have tried turning the circuit breaker on and off, using the self-cleaner, and the oven door still won't open. The door is also too tight to unscrew the screws holding the control panel. How can I unlock the oven?

I have a KitchenAid refrigerator, model number KFIS25XVMS2, and the arm of the ice maker is stuck in the off position. I have tried to lower the arm manually, but the tension was too great, and I did not want to break anything. I do not see any ice holding the arm in the up or off position. We have a model 250sx ng tankless water heater. It heats fine, but almost every time we need it to turn on, it will not come on, so we push on the reset button. Sometimes it will work, and sometimes it takes 3-5 times to get it to work. Please advise.
