My wife ran a heavy terry cloth robe in the washer and it would not spin completely out. The code 'Lr' came up in the window. We have tried to run another light wash load. The washer has filled with water but nothing is happening and the water is not spinning out. What can we do?

My husband accidentally removed the door from our new GE Gas range oven (model VM112174P). The hinge lock is not pulling down as shown in the installation videos, and the door latch appears to be a hook. He has tried prying down the hinge and the hinge lock, but they do not stay down or move onto the hinge as expected. Was the hinge lock supposed to be pulled down before removing the door? He seems to be using more force than shown in the videos, so we think he might be doing it wrong.

I have an Amana refrigerator with the freezer on the bottom. It has power as the light is on, but is not cooling. The outlet has lost power and I ran an extension cord to see if the unit would work. I have read about a reset button and also a lock button which need to be pressed together for 30 seconds. Where are these located?

My top-loading washer, about three years old, stops at the rinse cycle, doesn't drain the water or spin, and was previously locked. What could be the issue and what steps can I take to diagnose and fix it?

My Amana fridge is not staying cold, but the freezer is fine. The fan in the freezer is working and some airflow is making it to the fridge, but only slightly. When I open the freezer door, the airflow into the fridge improves to a level where I would expect it to be. Seems like airflow is restricted when the freezer door is closed?
