My Zig-zag machine, which seems rather new, has been stuck for 2 weeks. The wheel does not turn at all. I have cleaned and oiled everything, removed all threads, the needle, bobbin, and bobbin case, and used canned air and aerosol lubricant on the moving parts. Despite these efforts, the wheel remains stuck. What else can be done to resolve this issue?

The clock works on the range, but the burners and the oven stopped working. I was using it last night to cook dinner and it just stopped working.
