My GE microwave, about 2-3 years old, is not heating when using the sensor function. The lights, sound, and plate movement work, but the water remains cold. My GE top load washer model PTW600BPR1DG will not change cycle from spin, it enters CHI mode but does not go into field service mode, giving an error beep and returning to the spin cycle. The washer is 1 year old and previously had a balancing issue which has been resolved. I have tried power cycling the machine, leaving it unplugged overnight, performing the 6 lift and close the lid procedure, and checking the connections on the control board. I have also replaced the door switch with part number GE WH08X31577, but the issue persists. What could be the problem and what should I do next?
