The display on my new GE double oven has disappeared and I can't get it back. Model# JTD5000SN3SS Serial # ZTO54497Q. I turned off the breaker for 1 minute but that did nothing. I had wiped the screen with a washcloth as it had fingerprints, then the screen went blank except for what looks like part of two zeros on the left side. The functions (settings lights, etc.) are non-responsive. What should I do?

The issue might be due to the oven being in SABBATH mode. Try pressing and holding the SETTINGS butt...

I am having an issue with my Thermador hood where all the blue lights stay on and nothing turns on. I have changed the module control and the board, turned off power for 15 minutes, and even replaced the transformer and glass fuse. The issue is consistent. What could be causing this and what further steps can I take?

Time now is 11:30am. Isaiah the GE repair tech is supposed to be at our house now, scheduled 8a to noon. Markus (spelled incorrectly Marcus, should be Markus) is our contact. Our telephone is (###) ###-####. The tech number is ###-##-####. The tech's name is ***** and the number is *****. The stove clock digits are not usable. Most digits in the middle of numbers like 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 9. We bought the stove at the end of summer from Home Depot in Wappingers Falls, NY. The tech arrived on 10/13/2020 and was supposed to come today from 8-12, but he did not come. Isaiah told us that he would get the clock parts when he comes back. What should we do?

My Whirlpool washer, model WTW5105HC1, suddenly lost power and the lid locked. I have checked the control panel for power and voltage to the circuit board, but there is no power to the panel. The washer was left to finish a wash cycle when this happened. What could be the issue and what steps should I take to diagnose and fix it?
